Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to
Justify Technologies may be refunded or cancelled.
Project-Based Services
- Once a project has been initiated, payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for work already completed or delivered.
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone work begins.
Service Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice via email.
- Any outstanding invoices must be cleared before cancellation.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if any, will be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion
of Justify Technologies.
